KELLIE PICKLERBIDS FAREWELL TO NASHVILLE HOME… Site Of Husband’s Suicide

Kellie Pickler has closed the chapter on a difficult period of her life by selling her longtime Tennessee home, where her husband, Kyle Jacobs, sadly committed suicide.

According to property documents acquired by TMZ, the country singer paid $2.3 million for the custom-built Nashville home with four bedrooms and five bathrooms on May 15.

The Tudor-style home first sold in November for $2.89 million. The price was subsequently reduced to $2.6 million in March before finding a buyer following another price cut… so Kelly didn’t exactly hit the jackpot.

Nonetheless, Kellie paid $1.435 million for the 4,865-square-foot property in February 2010, so she’s still profiting handsomely.

The listing comes nearly 15 months after Kellie’s late husband Kyle was discovered dead after shooting himself in the upper bedroom/office of the home.

Tennessee law does not require a seller to report a death in a residence to potential purchasers, but given Kelly’s prominent prominence, they were most likely aware.

Kellie married the songwriter in 2011, and the two co-starred in “I Love Kellie Pickler” for three seasons beginning in 2015.

According to property records, the Tudor-style mansion was purchased in January 2010, just one year before the 37-year-old country singer married Jacobs. According to PEOPLE, Jacobs committed suicide at the age of 49 on the property in February.

The home has a three-car garage, a front porch with a lounging area, a screened-in porch next to the pool, and a large backyard.

The inside features a two-story fireplace in the living room, an eat-in kitchen with a center island, a wine cellar, and a media room.
